can someone commit identity theft w/ only a drivers license & cancelled credit card?
my question is should i bother reporting it to a credit union if they only have my DL and CC (which is cancelled)?

except i lost:
my driver's licence, my credit card, my health card, my SIN card, auto insurance, car ownership paper, and there is an actual huge list after these ones (but the ones i listed are the most important);
u do not need to go to the police station to file a report;
u only file a report IF you lost 1: Social Insurance Card 2: Passport 3: Citizenship 4: Birth Certificate

I know;Emancipated wrote: ↑Jul 17th, 2008 10:00 amWhy do they make it next to impossible to get a new SIN#? This seems to be a very prized commodity for thieves so make it more fluid and mitigate its importance. Some employers are really shady and could threaten you with misuse of your SIN#. Some businesses aren't above board, if you know what I mean.
