doesn't the NFL own his rights and since he's suspended by the NFL he can't play anywhere else? I'm thinking this because when Theo Fleury and Bertuzzi got suspended by the NHL they couldn't play in other pro leagues.

Is the CFL that desperate ? Don't they have any integrity/dignity anymore. I'm all about giving guys a second chance but how many chances have Ricky got ?
