Can you install shower pot lights on porcelain ceiling tile?

Can you install shower pot lights on porcelain ceiling tile?

Ceiling in shower will have porcelain tile so I am wondering if potlights can still be installed? And if so does it matter installing potlights before tiles on ceiling installation or after?

I'm no expert, but I think I'd cut the holes in the drywall, and make sure the potlights fit. Then tile to the holes. Then pop in the potlights, and caulk around the edge of the potlights to seal it up.

In case you weren't aware of this, you have to have potlights rated for shower use. Has to say rated for "wet" locations (not "damp", which isn't good enough).

Much easier to install before tile, as CNeufeld mentions.
