In August last year, the Air Canada Centre was fully packed with screaming fans watching ther favourite teams compete against each other in the world's most popular video game - League of Legends.

The event this year, organized by Canada E-Sports League (CEL), will be the very first non-professional league match being organized in Toronto with an irresistible prize pool of $10K!

Watch me and others compete in the final game at The Westin Prince Hotel Conference Hall on November 19th, 2017.

All participants in the viewing party will get to:

1. Watch an incredible LOL match between the 1st and 2nd place teams;
2. Take selfies/photos with cosplayers;
3. Experience premium virtual reality arcade with DiVRge;
4. Race against friends on VR and motion simulators with SimGameZone;
5. Watch young beautiful girls from ZigZag Dance Crew display their amazing talent;
6. Win extravagant prizes such as gaming chair by Anda Seat, Shield TV by Nvidia, and various gaming accessories by Corsair;
7. Buy gaming accessories including gaming chairs at half price at the vendor booths.

Tickets at the door will be $40 each. You can get them for $20 each by visiting this link and use promo code 20cel2017.

Don't miss out on tons of fun!

To compare this event to tournament finals of NALCS with pro teams at the ACC is a stretch

What baffles my mind is why the prize pool is so small for the so called "most popular game".
I just like to collect things! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oops just realized this is Canadian LOL finals, not world finals. I barely watch Imaqtpie on Twitch, not sure why I would pay to watch Canadian finals.

Wow only $10k... but this is Canada not overseas with millions of dollars into e-sports.

If you really want to watch professionals, stay up and watch SKT and Samsung at 3 am on Saturday. The best two teams in the world and it's completely free on twitch or youtube.

Actually most people that make money on e-sports make it on Twitch. Being a professional, unless you are a top team from South Korea is minimal. Imaqtpie makes $3 mil streaming on twitch, but he plays LOL at least 40 hours a week.

This is misleading as hell. OP is writing this as if this tournament is associated with the official NALCS. This should be reported.
