Canada Post says delivered but not?
I purchased an item Dec. 1. I have been waiting for it ever since. I logged in the account and noticed there was a tracking number put in by the seller.
I tracked it and it said it was delivered Dec. 10 to the community mailbox outside on my street. However, I have been checking my mail and never received anything.
The seller is telling me that it is already delivered and they can't do anything and Canada Post is telling me the sender has to file a claim.
I don't know what to do???
