Canada Post has been great in my area too (downtown Toronto condoville). I actually received a package yesterday (Sunday) morning. When I said "wow you're delivering on a Sunday?" he said "yup gotta get those presents out...Merry Christmas!". I was both happy and shocked Smiling Face With Open Mouth And Smiling Eyes

I ordered a toy from chapters, the shipping status stays as In transit since November 25th and no estimated delivery time, does anybody have same experience?

Its near xmas so yes... more so with more people buying stuff online on BF and since (i.e. i've made 7 Amazon orders, ~20 online orders since BF). It looks like Amazon is using their own shipping service now (last 3 orders didn't use CP, first 4 did) and they arrived much faster (last order made Monday morning, arrived last night... ~30 hrs turnaround to Vancouver... from Ontario).

The thing is it’s Santa gift for my son, hopefully he won’t be disappointed

Not my experience at all.
The amazon.ca orders via CP were a bit slow but still within the promised delivery date, but two parcels I received from Sport Chek shipped with CP arrived the next day.
Probably also depends where one is located wrt the shipping location

Depending on where is it from, it shouldn't took that long if it is within Canada. Since it is more than 2 weeks, I suggest you contact CP. You can try to contact them via facebook.

Things are definitely slower cause of the Christmas Season and increased on-line Shopping volume ... but in my experience still not unreasonable

Banff AB November 27th to Eastern Ontario on Dec 6th = 10 Days
Mississauga ON November 28th to Eastern Ontario on December 11th = 14 Days

Stay atop your CP Order Tracking... and you’ll be fine

Even for Christmas season it's very slow (19 days?), especially right now when CPC delivers its packages on weekends too.
Contact Chapters and Canada Post otherwise your gift may be stuck somewhere in the "transit chimney"Smiling Face With Open Mouth.

I have something return back to Amazon. The tracking shows "Out of delivery" and 3 minutes later became "Item rescheduled for delivery next business day."

One of my credit card statements arrived a month late, i have a package sitting in their sorting facility for the last two weeks, and canada border services agency has been inspecting my other package for the last week.
Sure its the holiday season but these delays are a bit extreme.

I have package in "transit" from St-Jean since the 19th. And that's on this side of the border.
