Canadian Passport Application - Self Employed what do I fill in under Occupation?

Hi

I am a I.T contractor(incorporated) but not 100% sure what to fill in for Occupation section. Do I check "other" and then fill in my company address location(even though though I am working at clients offices?)

Thanks

If you were workng then you check off EMPLOYED full or part time
And in the fill in portion you write down who paid you. If you are self employed, that would be the name of YOUR Company cause that is where your pay cheque came from.
If you were say working for the Govt in a "term" position, and your paycheque comes from them directly and they take off axes & other require deductions (ie you don't invoice the Govt) then your employer is DEPT XYZ - Govt of Canada

Sorry, I don't understand why you find this complicated. Either you are a Govt Supplier or you are an Employee. It's pretty straight forward.
