Dont know if this is Canada wide but those cheap keychain photoframes scanned at $2.96...
Says PC & Mac...
What happens is when you connect the USB cable, it triggers an AUTORUN, I hate this as I disable autorun on all my computers for safety. This says it will not install any software on your computer so I guess you can easily sandbox this if you have Kaspersky...

-It is still on CT website at $30!!! This should be sold at Dollarama soon for $2, anyone who buys this at $30 should have head examined... twice.
-128x128 pixels and 1.5".. so about 120 PPI... that is low.
-The Mini USB wire included is medium grade... better than the usual garbage you get
-The unit also comes with a "Car Dock" that has 3M sticky tape that will surely ruin your dash come summer time when you try to take it off...
Come to think of it a car dock for a photo frame is possibly one of the most stupid ideas I have seen passed approval, I mean why the FAQ would you want to look at a photoframe instead of driving? possible law suit?

Just checked at CT in Toronto. Still $29.99. Definitely YMMV.

I know why... this thing has a NiMh battery that has probably expired long long ago...

That would explain why it worked when plugged in but it never held a charge...
if they drop the price to $1 I will buy it and replace the battery with a fresh one... but if you replace it with a Lipo be careful not to charge it too long.
