[Canadian Tire] Gas $0.10 off per litre.

Canadian tire has $0.10 off per litre with coupon, it seems that you can go to any cashier and get the coupon. I didn't even purchase the requisite $50 to get the coupon. you must surrender the coupon when you pay inside

Lol. I'm most likely going to buy something to get the coupon then return it. Is there any little fine detail thatd stop me from doing so?

I highly doubt it, I bought $15 worth and I got 5 coupons, she initially gave me 2 I asked for 2 more, she gave me 3.

My local CT had these just sitting on the counter at customer service and you could take as many as you wanted.

As my retired Suncor / PetroCanada brother-in-law told me once, "gas is gas." The only things different are additives and blends (summer, winter, ethanol %). It all comes from the same refineries. When the only pipeline to Atlanta was cut a few months ago, EVERY station was affected.

The savings is not worth the time. At least to the one I go, I've tried a few times and the wait to get to a pump is half hour.
