I see the B31 for $69.99 (KUB31B) in Coquitlam BC. Regular $99.99. Not the same as the B40 but a good deal nonetheless.
This is the Keurig Mini Plus B31 without the water reservoir. I own this model and find it's better since you can pour the required amount of water into the machine for your mug size.
B40 is regular price. ($87.77)
