This is bottom tier stuff...mediocre performance and not that great smelling, imo.
I bought both the blue and yellow jugs in past sale. Fine for washing rags or kitchen towels or if you use "floor" towels when getting out of the shower, or in my case, old clothes the kids wear to play outside/backyard with in the spring summer.
As far as cheap detergent goes..to me this is like Tide's "simply" line (yellow jugs), which I am not fond of either. For budget detergent, I'd rather go with Purex and Arm n Hammer, or sunlight for my regular clothing washes for a bit more (when on sale) than this old Dutch stuff.
