[Canadian Tire] Rockwell Sonicrafter F50 4A Oscillating Multi-Tool

Update: that's it folks, it's over, done, rfd'ed, caput.
On a side note, how do I choose this thread since it's done?

Regular Price $189.99
Sale Price $89.93

Found this online. In-store price was about $150. I have ordered online for in-store pickup @ $89.93+tax. I will update with what happens.

Update: the price of $89.93 is correct and the store just didn't update their price tags.

Website says 3 year warranty.

I'm a first time poster so no idea if this is good or not.

Seems like a decent deal, though if you only need it for a couple little projects, and aren't in a rush, the mastercraft multi-crafter oscillating tool goes on sale every few months for $25-30.

I'd say hot deal. And the 3 year warranty beats Dremel's two. Had a Dremel MM20 which died just after the 2 years with light usage, replaced it with a CT Maximum @ $90. The Rockwell looks like the better tool at the same price.

Some stores have it for $190, some "clearance" for ~$150 and some for the $90 you posted.

Apparently Canadian tire will price match other in-store clearance prices. So, price match against the Waterdown store which has them for $90. I just grabbed one. Thanks for the heads up!

It worked pretty good for my bathroom renovation, small repairs.

Doesn't corporate say what the price is across all the stores? I think some stores are just bad at updating their price tags.

I found it here.

This tool has been on clearance for a while now. I bought it over a month ago for the same price. Haven't used it yet but my buddies kept raving about how versatile these oscillating tools are but they also warned against the lower end models like the $30 Mastercraft which tend to die prematurely. When I showed them my Rockwell, they saw the difference in quality immediately.

I bought a dremel mm-03 a few weeks ago after struggling to remove old grout from a shower. The tool is worth it. I have never been so happy with a tool. saved me from taking a sledge hammer to the wall

Funny, I was looking for a good"strong oscillating tool under the 100$ limit.

So I came up on that one on the CT website.
I did a Google Search to see if I could get a better price and saw this RFD post.

I have tried in the past the 2.2A models and these were't doing the jobs at all.
Hopefully, this 4A thing will do the job....

Still waiting for the pickup confirmation as I ordered it online and there was only 1 in stock (usually, these order are cancelled, because they can't find the article).

Fingers crossed ...

Nice find OP.
