Yeah, this explains the large dump over the last few days.
Warrants have almost become a necessity in bought deals for US operators (and even Canadian LPs for that matter) so it's nice to see they didn't need to issue any.

Probably just some negative sentiment, you see it in here as well. I only bought some going into the news, will dump it soon

PUF got a huge investment: https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/p ... 89291.html
Can someone check my math and understand, I want to see if I'm understanding this correctly - $40M investment is to be used for the development of Delta facility from a company that, based on the name, seems to have been set up just for the purpose of this transaction - I couldn't find any info on "Delta Organic Cannabis Corp" but they did state they are privately held, so it may be "secret" investors that choose not to be named.
After the deal, they will own 20% of PUF and 20% of the Delta Facility. Since PUF owns 80% of the new facility, that means existing shareholders of PUF will own only 64% of the new facility. If valued at $40M, existing shareholder's equity of the new facility is just above $25M.
There are currently 59M shares before the new investment. So that's a net investment of 42 cents per share.
Since they will own 36% of the new facility, these investors are basically paying $25M for 20% of PUF, or just over 17.8M shares. That puts the value of existing shares at just over $1.40 a share, compared to today's close of 96 cents.

Good thing I didn't go back in N.
I like N overall but just bad luck with them lol. Maybe I will but if it opens like 20% lower.

Ouch - that really stings for people that purchased over last few days (myself included)
Maybe not terrible actually - already sold out on both my brokerages. Will have a rough day today but at least the demand is there
