@andriykoua - Wouldn't you need to include the cost of travelling to the USA to accurately match the price from Aden?
1. If you are in GTA,and you go to USA. add $50 bucks for a round trip to CBI and that's if you have a V6 :)

Thats a pretty 'Minion' price. Another alternative is RytherCamera, but its in the U.S. and if you got relatives or friends there to buy for you at USD1959$, their 6d body is only USD1269$. THe 24-105 matches un-'Despicable' well, with the high ISO sensitivity of 6d FF sensor, you can use them in even dim light indoor situations. Some folks might not like the overall darker pict that produced in such situations, but, matches it with flash solved it.

Lots of ryther deals get slammed on slickdeals so be careful. Most regarding warranty or trying to upsell you to a US model (the really cheap ones are all imported that you'll never actually be able to buy).
I wouldn't buy form this merchant. There are plenty of authorized Canon dealers in USA, BugDig, NewEgg, BeachCamera, to name a few that don't charge tax when you ship to NY aka (CBI :D )

Pulsar123 is correct. The 6D is no longer on the Canadian Canon Shopping site. Well, maybe I'll wait for the deals to start pouring in as retailers dump their 6D inventory in the next few weeks. I'll be there are further price cuts to come. Strange because the 6D is an incredibly popular and well liked camera to be replaced so soon.

Since their web site states that I should call for their best price, I did and the price that I was given was $2150 at the southern Yonge Street location.
http://adencamera.com/product-overviewe ... Category=6

That seems like a ridiculously good price since the 6D body appears to sell for about $1600 - $1900, and the 24-105 lens sells for about $900 for a white box model, or $1300 for a retail box model.

[Note, I inadvertently posted this to the photography forum, so yes it's a double post. canon-6d-kit-24-105-f4-l-lens-2150-aden ... -1359010/]
Hi the website states if its shipped to BC, I only have to pay 5% gst. Do I have to pay the other part of 7% HST at BC end, to the delivery person inorder to collect the item? Or just only pay 5% and no HST of 7% if buy from another province online. Thanks

Love my 6D. I paid a couple hundred more than this but it was right after launch. This is the cheapest I've seen it in Canada since i bought.

BTW 24-105 is a WONDERFUL lens. Some people even say its better than the 24-70 F/2.8
The lens is far from being "WONDERFUL" btw: http://www.photozone.de/canon_eos_ff/42 ... 5d?start=1

I don't understand why people bother using snapsort, their comparisons and ratings never provide any kind of practical context and are therefore mostly useless.
you can use it for what you like. They are simply stating fact between the two cameras specifications. You can take the ratings with a grain of salt. Though in this instance, I 100% agree with the rating difference between these 2 awesome cameras.

I use my US address for re-bates. Btw, newegg.com had this camera for 2040 no tax and free shipping to NY

No, I can't image 6D to be replaced soon. My only explanation (for the fact that it is gone from the estore.canon.ca) is that the canon's store is making some changes (perhaps preparing for a sale), hence the 6D page is temporarily not present. Apparently it happened some time today, as photoprice.ca still lists estore for 6D, at the price better than the rest (1799$) - and they update daily. Same story with the 6D+24-105 kit: present on photoprice, not available on estore.
