Does anyone recieve your orde or have it shipped? I ordered two days ago and so far only confirmation email is received. Hope it's not going to be the same thing for my 50mm f1.4 which is canceled without any reason.

I put my second order through yesterday, as I forgot to use GCR on the initial order, and got a confirmation today that it had been shipped. I managed to get my initial order cancelled.

the cheapest you can get the body only is $1099 so with $200 more you get the lens and if you don't like the lens you can sell the lens and keep the body only so I am sure you can resell the lens for more then $200 but there free card is not that great.

for your info, the deal is 1299 with 18-135mm IS....the 50mm f1.8 was a bonus :P

it's still hotter than $1100 body only considering that the 18-135mm is about $500 new

Ordered mine on Dec 27th 6PM. Received an Ordered Shipped & Invoiced email on Dec 28th 6PM. Shipping via purolator. Got the tripod and 50mm with my order. Not sure if it's shipping in pieces or all together. Thanks OP, made up for the New Egg 42" tv fiasco I got screwed out of.

I ordered a 50/1.8 for my sister then saw the 7D deal and bought it which included the 50/1.8 and tripod. When I called to cancel the 50 they already had it ready for shipment but I still have not received any shipping confirmation. Order tracking is pretty much useless as it does not tell you where in the process it is. Hope I can sell my Xsi for a good price to make up some...also thinking of getting rid of the kit 18-135 to get a 24-105(Vistek has a new whitebox for just over $1000)

Did anyone notice in the description of the memory card it includes a sd card which these 7D cameras do not use. They use compact flash.
