Canon All-In-One Laser Printer @ BB & PM Staples
Bestbuy is currently selling Canon MF4350D for 169.99, PM Staples who is selling it for 254.96. The PM will bring the price down to 161.49, apply further coupon (such as $20 off 150 coupon) to bring the price down to $141.49 + Tax. Sales ends November 5th @ bestbuy.
This printer has both duplex, it does not have an USB input though (unlike the MF4370DN which was on sale for 200).

Printer does not have networking. MF4370DN does.
Edit: This is a good deal though, for those who do not require networking.

The scanner function doesn't work well w/ macs (need vuescan).. otherwise great printer.. I think the OP means there is usb but no ethernet.
