after i reinstalled my canon selphy cp510 photo printer i keep getting an error every time i try to print.

The specified ink cassette and paper cannot be found, thats what i keep getting each time i try to print from the computer. i uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, checked connections, took out the ink cartridge, turned the printer on and off like a thousand times, and nothing, same error each try.

so then i plugged the printer into my camera and it printed fine.

it has been fine hooked up to the computer since i first got it. then i reformatted the computer last week and get this after installing the printer

a google search really hasnt helped. has anyone had this happen to them and found a way around it?
