I have a ten years old SD100, it sat in the drawer for roughly 6 years.
the battery is dead.

Well, I am bumping an old thread, but I think this recall is still in effect. I send in an A60 last time, too bad, it is repaired not replaced. And I am thinking whether it worth the hassle and shipping fee as nobody wants my A60, not even sure if it worths the shipping fee I paid in the used market
.
By the way, I think the service recall is only working for 5 years, so you have to send your old camera by Nov. 2011 to get the service done for free.

My A95 has to go in - started up with the sensor problem last year but it's been collecting dust since then. Thanks for the reminder.

They should fix it. I just send my S410 in, wish they can replace it instead of repairing it though.

Just got my S410 back, too bad they don't replace it with new models.
