Is the Canon SD1000 any good for its price?
I am in the market for a P/S camera.... For about 299cad plus tax, is the Canon SD1000 any good?
Any other good alternative?

ive owned the sd1000 for about 3 weeks now, and im extremely satisfied with it. its sleek, powerful, and the pictures are crisp. its a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth it for me. it has about 15 shooting modes (sunlight, indoors, nighttime, ect..), and 10 more colour modes (vivid, black and white, lighter skin tone, darker skin tone, ect..). i would recommend it if you have the cash for it.
