Can't get Rogers signal on Samsung Galaxy S4 9500 model

Bought the 9500 Int'l model, but can't get a signal on either Bell or Rogers

Is there something special that I need to do, or is it an issue with the phone?

Have you tried scanning for networks? What comes up?

Which version of Android is it running? Does it boot into 'Download' Mode?

I had it checked out and its legit. It recognizes the SIM cards, just no signals.

Currently running 4.2.2

You are referring to data or cell service?

Referring to Android version 4.2.2

I have viewed some info about fakes and some pics posted come across as fake, others come across as legit, so I am not sure what is what

He was referring to whether you get any service for calls, texts or if it's just data that doesn't work.

Where did you buy the phone? Have you done a factory reset in case someone played with settings?

Have you tried a factory reset, as well I am assuming the SIMs are activated.

You should check into doing a factory reset with the sim inside. Check if IMEI matches the number on the back of the phone, and its not null/blank, or 0, or 0049990106400..

If you can go in download mode, Volume down + Home + Power, you have legit phone in your hands..
