Car Deck - in-dash Screen and Ipod Video
Hello everyone,
I'm looking to change my stock deck for my 98 Mercedes.
I would like to find a deck that has a monitor with the functionality of connecting my iphone - for audio but also for video.
Is there such a thing out there?
Thanks,

i imagine ur best bet would a deck that has a display and a USB jack.
just plug ur ipod video into the usb jack (instead of thru the auxilary)
the deck should read the ipod like its just a regular USB key and show the video on the LCD. never seen this first hand but i dont see why not.

Thanks for the response.
It sounds like this could actually work, but is there anything out there where I can control the ipod as well? for example, navigate to the videos playlist and play the videos from the deck itself?
Thanks.

Kenwood DNX7120, 8120 (or DDX if you don't need nav), or the upcoming 7140 or 9140; Pio AVIC F-series; and there are many more...
Note though that video on the iPod doesn't work over USB directly (or iPod interface) on a lot of HUs. You get a cable that has video output that connects to video input on the HU (i.e. the iPod does the decoding/playback of the video).
