yes manual
I know exactly what your talking about
It doesnt rock back and forth like that, more of a side to side motion
You might have a bad tire or two, or one or more of your wheels could be out of alignment. When's the last time you had your tires rotated? Does the rocking motion seem correlated to speed, i.e. the faster you go, the faster your car rocks until you just don't notice it any longer?

Hey guys,

Just noticed this problem recently
car will be in second gear and foot off the gas...basically a slow roll. As soon as I speed up, car will stop rocking back and forth.

What is this and should I worry?
Car is a 2003 sentra spec-v with just under 200,000kms on her.

Thanks!
Is the car running rough? Rocking at idle?

Bad/shot motor mounts can cause excessive rocking at idle/low speeds.

Side to side, like left to right? Check the sway bar
