Is there anyone that finds yoga a cardiovascular workout? They claim it to be, yet the places where i've gone, I find it hard to believe. Is there just too much hype into this whole yoga thing to actually find a decent studio?
The ones I've been to do not seem to be very challenging.

Just join up with the YMCA and do it good thing is you will have access to any ymca in the world if you travel.
No cardio workout can begin to give you what yoga can.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked trini for this post.

Ashtanga yoga if you prefer. I was just leaving it open in case there was a more rigorous yoga out there. Kundalini too technical for me. I've tried the YMCA, but was not overly pleased. I was hoping for some more tips or input on how to get a fantastic workout.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked Safflon for this post.
