Which careers do you know making 70K to 100K+ a year? Jobs that you don't need to spend 10 years in school after high school and can make this kind of money 3-10 years of working.

Ideas?

I heard that if you take up curling as a carreer, you don't pay ANY taxes because the money you win is considered prize money. All you need is a broom.

You might to want to check that further.....I recall reading that Middaugh of Ontario got into trouble with Revenue Canada about his winnings. I didn't follow it up since it doesn't matter to me personally.

Finance
Actuary
Accounting

I prefer to go towards the business/math side of things because in the end the people at the top of companies are always somebody proficient in spending/controlling money. That isn't to say that you can't make money in other fields by a long shot so don't take it as such.

There are demands for doctors and it keeps on rising. Doctors makes a lot of money, but you'll have to spend a long time in school :( .

Teaching wise, you won't make much unless you have 10 years or so of teaching experience. I also heard that if you want to maximize your teaching salary, you're also going to need to get your Masters. Obviously getting a Ph.D would be even better, but you're going to spend even more time in school.

toyota is opening up an auto plant in Woodstock, Ontario....so they will hire over 1500 people.
