app is pretty bad

was getting 10-20 (mostly 10) points every 5-7 days

a full year at an average of 15 points every 7 days is only ~780 points. not even enough for a movie lol

It wasn't always this bad.

With allowing fitness tracking I'm now over 2000 points total earned.

My personal experience (in NL) is that you get 100 Scene Points right off the hop by using this app, 60 Scene points for track steps and also 5-20 Scene Points for answering survey's on healthy living.

Any ideas when Carrot Rewards will officially launch in Ontario?

Yes, I thought the program would have expanded to Ontario this summer already.

Maybe we (in Ontario) should all e-mail to this address to let the site know of the keen interest?
Please contact help@carrotrewards.ca and we will happily add you to our mailing list so that we can let you know via email when the program is available in your area.

I emailed them asking about Ontario.

They replied and said it will be rolling out Canada wide in October.

Anyone know if declining the daily step increases every ~2 weeks gets rid of the bonus step up challenges? Kind of need the bonus points to make the fitness part of it worthwhile, but dang that step count is getting pretty high!

The app now lets you connect to your fitbit for steps - I found fitbit more accurately counts my steps (ie it's always higher)...

But the app isn't present in the Apple app store currently. I emailed them today at help@carrotrewards.ca asking why as my friend wanted to join. They replied that they are " making adjustments to the app in order to make it better for Apple users. It should be back in the App Store by the end of the week! We have credited you 100 Aeroplan Miles for your patience."

Yah!

Mine has never gone up, stayed steady at 11,600 since the steps arrived. The other day I got a bonus 10x points (so 40) for hitting my step goal. Hopefully there are more 10x bonus days to come
