Cases for Nintendo Switch

Anyone have a case for their Nintendo switch they recommend? I'm looking for a case that is more for travel and will protect the whole system. There are tons online and 20 different sites recommending the top 10 best cases and usually every site has a different list (I realize most of these sites are paid for their reviews)

Personally I just bought one of these at launch. It's cheap, holds eight games, my joycon straps, some earbuds, and a type C cable for charging. There's probably nicer options out there, but this one works just fine.

Smelled a little weird when I got it though. Heard the same from other people.

How did you fit the charger in the case? I bought same one but didn’t put the screen protector and I can’t really the the full adapter in. Did your screen scratch when you strap the switch in? As I’m paranoid

I bought this one from the Nintendo Canada store directly:

Deluxe Travel case $27 CAD + shipping:

There is also a Deluxe System case that holds the stand and a controller too - $52 CAD + shipping:

The ones above are of much higher build quality than the one I used previously, a cheap one that EB Games was selling (I cannot find it listed on their website anymore).

I don't carry the Switch charger, just a USB Type-c lead and then use the same charger and power bank I use on my phone. It does charge slower, but it easily gets a full charge while plugged in over night and the battery charges slightly faster than it discharges while in use off of a 2.3A source.

I don't see why the case would scratch the screen, but I've had a tempered glass screen protector on my Switch since a couple days post launch.

no scratches, leave your adapter at home. Although tight, I can fit my 45W battery pack, which also charges my laptop.

We come here looking for deals. We use the savings on the things we buy to justify buying more things, thus filling our homes with tons of unnecessary consumer products. Such is the key to happiness.

I use this one https://www.amazon.ca/Hori-NSW-038U-Tou ... witch+case

It looks pretty similar to what others have listed and does the job, with about as lightweight as you can get. It doesn't hold the charger... but that's not something that really needs a protective case as I just put in the main bagpack for luggage.
