Cat burial options in Toronto

My beloved 20 year old cat has passed away and i want to bury him, not cremate him. It seems my only options in Toronto are cremation, unless I own private land such as a backyard (i live in a condo). Cemetaries tend to be far away and costing into the thousands. Can anyone suggest burial options in or near Toronto? I would be willing to pay $500 for his burial on private land in or near Toronto if anyone has any suggestions. And does anyone know a vet who can store his body until i find a suitable resting place (mine does not offer storage for extended periods)? Thanks.
