Caught a jumper attempting to suicide on my dashcam today

The guy was rather dumb
that is not high enough to guarantee to do the job properly
chances are he might survive and live life in a rather broken state

Which means he had no intention of killing himself. He just wanted people to hear his story.

If he really wanted to kill himself, he would've just hung himself in his home.

We should feed suicidal people what they want and let people get their story out. As time progresses they'll usually take the least extremes to commit suicide = easier to rescue.

Feed the situation and its less dramatic.

The first thought that came to my head was, "wow that is a really good quality dash cam."

I used to inline skate across that area every school day back in high school and it seems like the kind of area where there are a lot of people with mental illness hang out so the suicide attempt doesn't surprise me. It's getting a bit better now with the new businesses coming in.
