I had booked a tour in November for a tour in March,2013. Got a confirmation beginning of January, after pushing them because there had been no communication after they took my money. Just got an email that its been cancelled. THey were not concerned that I now had a cancellation fee for my flight, or that my time off had been already booked for that time frame. There has been no reply to my email on Monday requesting my money back, When I phoned AMA this morning, he said he had been TOO busy to reply, That it would take up to ten days for my refund. WTF?
Found a tour operator out of Australia that has already given me more information in two days than I received in three months.
