That's sweet. It's like being at the arena.
It could also be a feature you can turn on and off? Wow, body checks and flying sweat in HD.![]()

CBC-HD Leafs Game: Can't hear commentators right now...anyone else?
I'm watching the hockey game, leafs vs dalls right now. I have Rogers Digital Cable. On channel 6 I can hear the commentators, but on channel 513 the CBC-HD (high def channel), I can hear everything, except for the commentators...anyone else having this problem?

Nevermind, it seems to be fixed now. And yes, watching hockey in HD is incredible. You can see the beads of sweat on their foreheads and the stitchings on the logos on the jerseys. Once you watch HD, you'll never want to go back to regular TV. Anyone can see the difference, it's like night and day. It's one of those things that isn't over-hyped. Plug in some nice 5.1 speakers and a good subwoofer and yes I feel like I'm at the arena. My GF is trying to pry me off the couch right now, and I don't know why because she should know I won't budge during hockey, especially on HD

its a Viewsonic N2750 from Costco. Very affordable at $849. I use it with an HD receiver from Rogers, so I get about 30 HD channels. I only wish there were more

Dec 11th, 2005 12:04 PM #8I rent it from Rogers for like $10/month. The HD pack costs me like $25/month I think. I get a bundle with my Cable Internet, so I cant remember the exact costs.
