So what about Jane's chicken nuggets and strips at the supermarket? Must have the same ingredients as fast food.

I watch it and it seriously shocked me. I dont eat out, unless its quality sushi, but damn.... a grilled chicken breast should really be just a chicken breast. How difficult can it be???!??!!? People really try to eat healthy and select these types of food, what they get is a whole bunch of salt and fillers. Gross.

Considering Subeay chicken is only 50% chicken, I will only eat there when they have buy one get one coupon -)

In all seriousness Wendys chicken is impressive.

I m suprised ppl needed this to alert them to subway's chicken. Just look at it, It does not look real. The best is how ppl pay $9 to eat fake chicken on bread that had car tires in them.

Not surprised, any protein from a fast food chain is suspect. Subway chicken Is just as bad as their cold cuts.

People want a $5 footlong Sub (or $7 now).

With the falling Dollar and food price inflation, these types of things are bound to happen.

If you want higher quality when you eat out, you have to spend more.

As always, making at home and ignoring the cost of time and overhead, will always be cheaper.

Ya Subway has got away with the whole healthier option for years now. Bread, veggies and fake meat is not healthy especially with all the dressings.
Some of the onus is placed on the consumer as you can choose what goes on the sub.

I don't frequently go to subway but I might if I'm in the mood for a sub. I never ordered that kind of chicken sub because you can tell visually that it is a disgusting piece of meat whenever they pick it up to throw into the microwave

I also wonder, if this is how they treat the chicken breast, what goes into the actually "processed" cold cut meat?

It does surprise me that Subway has not teamed up with a sandwich meat company to say "We proudly use this meat company".
That would be smart.
