Rebate is good for all vendors, not specific to CC, for those that don't like to deal with CC.
Too bad mem express doesn't have this instock for pricematch.

This is exactly why I wanted it for...
Edit: no reference to lack of Crossfire on msi site but many reviewers on newegg do mention that.
Definitely a deal breaker to me. Still good deal for those who don't need Crossfire.

Most people mistakenly believe they still need a crossfire bridge between the cards. Perhaps that's why?

I have 2 R7770s in CrossFireX using a bridge. It is a requirement for this tier with the same card.
