CCC Report Update..?

Question for the veteran CarCostCanada.com users..

How close to the new month are the CCC reports updated? All the current reports have offers that are valid until "2nd Nov" (Honda/Hyundai/Nissan reports).

I am in the market for a mid-sized sedan and I was wondering when I can get a peek at the rebates/rates for next month so that I know if I should wait a couple of days to get a better/worse deal.

so basically no way (through CCC) of knowing both month's incentives, right?

other than the dealers themselves, who else might have this info?

actually from experience, all dealers (no matter what manufacture) claim they don't even know the incentives until the new month start, they usually get a fax or some kind of email update from the manufacturer on the day of the new incentives. I have a buddy that is also a salesperson and he claims the same thing
