Cellphone Ban & Teenaged Driver Restriction Law
What ever happened to that cellphone ban law? Is it already in effect? I stopped using my cell/gps in the car but I still a LOT of ppl using cells while driving on 401/407..
Did that other new law for 19 yr olds get passed yet?
