Cellphone deals too good to be true??

I am totally new to online buying/selling. Has anyone had experiece with buying from these types of dealers? Below is an advertisement I came across. Or are these just frauds? post some feedback please.

We see those exact same ads here. Fortunately for us, they usually get deleted immediately.

Everyone wants a deal. But use your head. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

thx for the advice guys. I thought this might've been a scam. I see a lot of these ads around. This particular one was on tradepoint.ca. There seem to be quite a few of them.
