Do you have to be logged in to an account for the "NCV2019" to work? I tried to apply it at the basket and it says "You do not qualify for this promotion – please check Ts&Cs"
Yes, you have to be logged in as a new user

Edit: sold
I bought and received the S/M in Volcanic Grey. I just tried a M/L in store and it fits me better. If you're in Toronto and got the M/L and would like to trade for S/M, please PM me!
(Alternatively, you can buy the S/M from me for $115 Cad.)

Also ordered M/L on Monday afternoon (to replace the S/M I ordered last week) and it arrived today. The M/L is marginally larger, barely noticeable but just enough to fit me right.

Paid for express shipping w/o customs. no fees at the door when it arrived.

Thanks again OP!

Do you recommend the 40 or the 55?
40 for carry-on compatible otherwise 55.

Went back to buy a third bag and noticed their website is down.

My orders from this morning charged my card but they haven't emailed me any confirmation or anything.. Bad sign or just usual for this store?

edit: never mind was just temporary its back up now.

Just picked up one, now debating which to buy for my wife, Fairview 40 or Farpoint 40? - Farview is designed for woman, where is Farpoint is unisex. Any advice?

I tried them both (40L S/M size) at MEC a couple of days ago and the differences are minimal.
The Fairview straps and hip belt are designed to be contoured better for a woman's body, but I found them both to be comfortable (albeit without a load).
The Fairview also has two clips on the shoulder straps that I think are designed to attach to the larger versions (55L/70L). Another minor point is that the Farpoint S/M is actually 38L, whereas the Fairview is 40L. In the end I opted to get the Farpoint because I preferred the color options.

So if your wife has a short torso (XS/S for 13"-17"), would like a slightly better fit or REALLY wants those 2 extra litres, Fairview is the way to go. Otherwise, she'll be equally happy with either.
