Just wondering - with the increase in the Bank of Canada rate it was certain that the variable rate would change too - however, after looking at a newspaper listing from yesterday and from 1 month ago I haven't seen any difference in any of the variable rates listed for any of the banks/credit unions - is there a delay before these rates will change..,. thanks.
