Changing numbers at Fido
Hey, does anyone know what Fido's policy is on changing your number? I'm going to be living in Waterloo for the next year so I want to change my Toronto number to a Waterloo one but I've heard from some people that Fido charges $25 or something and others have told me that they got their number changed for free. Does anyone know what their policy is? Also, I'm still under contract so i don't have the power to threaten to leave...

if your physically moving to a new location, chances are, the number change should be free
call them up and ask.

If your moving, its free. Just tell them you wish to change your address and home-area number.
