Does anyone know where I can find a decently prices jewelry store in the GTA.
I need to buy an anniversary present for my girlfriend (20 years old)
I'm looking for either earrings or a bracelet, and I cant afford that Tiffany
stuff.
Also can I bargain at these stores? How much discount should I be asking for?
My budget is $150
