Try second hand sports stores too.

Winners also frequently has some, but usually they're only very light. Kijiji is indeed the way to go.
I'm also told that jugs filled with sand (possibly wet sand) can be good in a pinch. You might also try searching for "slosh pipe". Reply With Quote
