A used 6600GT could be had for around that price point. Maybe if you're lucky you can even find a 7600GT. Both used of course.

Cheap gaming pci-e video card
hi boys n gals,
what cheap gaming pci-e video card do you recommend?
not more than $100. is it doable or should i just get a used ps2 instead?
