Cheap GPU (65-70$) what to buy.

Hey so i recently bough a new pc (other topic) and i think i got a pretty good deal. Since it was pre-built i was not expecting it to have any know name parts but it seems to be pretty decent. ( Only cost 320$ so..)

Basic Specs.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.
CPU:E7500 2.93 Ghz R0
MOBO: asrock G41M-LE (http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=G41M-LE)
GPU: int. x4500
HDD: 500GB Caviar Blue
RAM: Crucial 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model CT25664AA800
PSU: 380w

Now i wanted to buy a PSU that will do some gaming, not expecting or planning to run crysis on ultra high but like just want to run some games at medium settings.

I was thinking either the hd 4650 or 4670. The 4650 Seems to be rather cheap as i can get it for 58$ off newegg.ca or 34$ or so off canadacomputers.com. I know its an older card but it dosent use much power and can still run most games at medium settings.

what do you guys suggest, kinda on a budget so not wanting anything to crazy.

Which should i buy?
It doesn't matter what kind of memory the card has, it has nothing to do with your mobo.

I'd go with either the Sapphire or XFX. The Sapphire has the better heatsink, but the XFX has the better warranty. Whichever you think is more important.
