Cheap Hockey Equipment

Hey RFD,

I'm in need of some cheap hockey equipment. Lately me and my relatives have been renting out rinks to play shinny, and eventually hope to make a team in a beer league or something. So I'm in need of some decent hockey gear at low prices. I don't need any of that high end stuff as it's just some shinny for now.

I need:
- Hockey Pants (Im thinking about getting the $29 VIC ones at Sport chek)
- Elbow Pads
- Shin/Knee Pads

just buy low end stuff as its good enough for shinny. there is no secrets to getting cheap equipment and I'd stay away from used stuff. Elbow pads and shinn pads together you can probably get for aprox $50. Try Canadian Tire.
