3WEB.ca You get yourself a modem (maybe $40 on ebay) then sign up for their long distance (which is cheaper than anybody else I've ever used anyway) and you got yourself 3Mbit DSL for $25/m

Unless the prices went up, that's what I used to pay... I only switched back to cable because my phone lines are all screwed up at my place
