what's your budget? I bought one from SIG for like $79 and it's a panasonic brand..but I can't find it on their website now..
but they do have some crazy price at a certain time period..here is the link of the vacuums that they have..

Walmart has a shopvac for $35 plus tax. You can not beat the value at that price, these vacuum are very durable. I just bought one not to long ago for inside the house. I also have one for renos and outside work. The only thing is it does not have rollers for carpet.

budget is ~$100 or less I suppose, but I do not see quite as good a deal as the panasonic one =)
