Petro Canada might be worth a look because they have longer expiry times on minutes. For almost all carriers your minutes expire in 30 days unless you buy a lot (like $100) of them, whereas with Petro Canada $25 lasts 120 days. Also they work with the Rogers network, so a Petro Canada SIM card will work even with a locked Rogers phone.
