Cheapest phone that supports LTE?

Just upgraded my plan to 6gb LTE on Bell. I am currently using an iphone 4. Initially I was eying the Galaxy S2X, but it only supports up to 24Mbps (4G). I feel like my data plan is being wasted. Does anyone know of a cheaper phone that supports LTE?

Didn't know but I don't think there's anything cheaper? There's Sony Xperia, LG but not a fan of.
So I'm guessing hTc One X?

HTC Raider LTE on Bell - but no longer sold due to EOL (End of Life). Could pick one off Kijiji. Or get the SGS II LTE on Rogers then get it unlocked.
