Cheapest telus galaxy s3 pre order?

Hey i ordered galaxy s3 from telus directly and i paid 159+tax. I then saw that ncix is selling bells samsung galaxy s3 pre order for $0. Is there any places such as nicx that are selling galaxy s3 pre order for telus less than the suggested $159 pricepoint. I live in vancouver if that affects the deals.thanks for reading amd any replies i get.

Is the $159 + tax including a 3 year contract? Because the NCIX one requires you to be on a 3 year contract to get that $0 deal.

EDIT : Never mind, The deal Is only available for people In GTA and you need to be with Bell.

Yes it is $159 on 3 year contract. My contract is over ans i dont care which plan i sign up with because loyalty and retention will change my plan as soon as i get a phone.
