Cheapest way to get from Toronto-Kingston and back.
Alright so a bunch of us (we're students) want to go to kingston to visit a friend for a weekend in december. Does anyone know what the cheapest way to get there is and back (round trip). We might not be able to find someone to drive us, so what about buses/trains etc?

Megabus.com, Greyhound, VIA Rail.
I believe Megabus is the cheapest (so far from what I've seen).

Thanks for the reply, i checked out megabus, it seems far more expensive than i thought unless im doing something wrong.
We are planning to leave dec 18, return on the 20th and theres about 5 of us going, so for a round trip its around 400$ which is $80 per person.
Are there any student discounts?

None of you can rent a car? That'll be the cheapest.

Coach Canada, which appears to operate Mega Bus did have student discounts at one point. Not sure if they still do.
So none of you have a car? Not even from parents? It's still the cheapest way, one tank of gas can get you there and back.
