I'm from downtown toronto and I'm looking for the best coach/bus to niagara falls

I was looking into safeway tours (to fallsview casino), I heard they use to do 20$ voucher rebate for a 25$ ride.
Does anyone know if they still do that?

also do you know if they check id when you buy/get on the bus at safeway?
because my parents have the PAC membership which cost them 5$ ride...
was wondering if I can use it
